Sylvia loves to adventure around a new area of town for the closest coffee shops, gym facilities, restaurants, and outdoor activities. As soon as she becomes a local, it is time to pack her bags and move on to the next part of town. In addition, she spends many hours talking about the structures and makeup of houses with her husband, who runs a painting and remodeling company SmartCoats out of Newton. Her organic interests into how house mechanics work, where many expensive pitfalls lie and attention to the design trends will only enhance the service she provides.
For fun, Sylvia loves to travel, her spirit to understand different cultures and people brings her near and far. Sylvia also loves cooking and has spent years understanding whole food and nutrition to get power foods into her diet. It is often that she is pulling some homemade snacks out of her bag and has taken to making handmade chocolates from the finest raw cacao powder and butter. Sylvia has also taken an interest in learning a new language and hopes to speak fluently soon. Although Sylvia feels like a native, she actually originates 3,000 miles away from Sunny California where her family remains today. Sylvia’s adventurous spirit brought her to the steps of Boston University where she completed her studies in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. She plans to stay in the Boston area for years to come as the entire city has become her new home.
